The 3rd Meeting of the APT Wireless Forum (AWF-3), which were held from 26 – 30 September 2006 at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. The meetings are organized by the Asia Pacific Telecommunity and hosted by the Ministry of Posts and Telematics, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
