The 9th Meeting of the APT Wireless Forum (AWF-9) will be held from 13 to 16 September 2010 in Seoul, Korea. The Technical Correspondence Group meeting on UHF Frequency Arrangements also will be organized on 12th September 2010 as part of the AWF-9 meeting. The events will be organized by the Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT) and hosted by Korea Communications Commission (KCC).

All APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, Eligible Non-Members and International/Regional Organizations can attend the meetings by completing the Attendance Form or by online registration through APT Website (http://www.apt.int/content/attendance-form). Non-Members can attend the meetings with “Observer” status by paying Registration Fee of US$ 250 per person.

Last date of receipt of your registration by APT Secretariat is Wednesday, 25th August 2010. Registration can be done online from APT Website or by sending the Attendance Form to APT Secretariat.

Meeting Venue and Accomodation Reservation:

The APT Wireless Forum (AWF-9) will be held at “Diamond Ballroom” on Renaissance Seoul Hotel, Seoul, Republic of Korea. “Renaissance Seoul Hotel” is recommended for all participants to stay during the AWF-9 period. Altternatively, delegates can also stay at Ramada Seoul Hotel. Please check participant's information for reservation detail. Please note that APT Secretariat will not reserve the accomodations for non fellowship delegates.
 

Submission of Contributions:

Contributions from APT members, associate members, affiliate members, regional and international organization are welcome for the meetings. You are requested to use the proper document template for your contribution. Document templates for all meetings are available at the meeting website. To submit contributions and any information on the documentation, please contact:

In order to facilitate efficient meeting management and document handling process, APT encourages the use of electronic documents during the meeting. Electronic copies of the meeting documents will be available in softcopy as well as on line.

Contributions will be posted on APT Website prior to the starting of the meeting. Last date of receipt your contributions by APT Secretariat is 06 September 2010. Late submission of the contributions may cause procedural problems at the meeting and may not be treated properly.
