The 4th APT Preparatory Meeting for 2012 World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA12-4) wase held from 2 to 4 August 2012. The 4th APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-12 discussed on key issues for WTSA-12, and will prepare Preliminary APT Common Proposals (PACPs) to the Assembly. It will reviewed proposals made by other regions to the WTSA-12.
