The 2^nd Meeting of the APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC-15 (APG15-2) was held from 1st to 5th July 2013 in Bangkok,Thailand. The meeting is organized and hosted by the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity.

PARTICIPATION:

All APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, Eligible Non-Members and International/Regional Organizations can attend the meetings by registering online. Please be informed that registration can be done online only and paper Registration Form is no longer available.Member Administrations and International/Regional Organizations are requested to send the official List of Delegation for the meeting and to nominate a Head of Delegation (HoD) and Alternate HoD. If any APT Affiliate Member is included in the National Delegation, please clearly mention in the List of Delegation.

Participation of Non-Members: Non-Members can attend the meetings with “Observer” status by paying Registration Fee of US$ 250 per person. Non-Member participants under National Delegation are exempted from paying the Registration Fee upon submission of a letter of nomination signed by the responsible officer of the Administration. Above requirement does not apply to the host country participation. Please contact APT Secretariat for the payment methods of the Registration Fees.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION:

Please check Participant's Information below for the accomodation details. Due to limitations of rooms, you are kindly requested to send your Accommodation Reservation Form for finalizing the hotel reservation and other necessary arrangement to the APT Secretariat with a copy to the Local Secretariat by Friday, 7 June 2013. APT Secretariat may not be able to guarantee hotel reservation and special rates after the closing date.

MEETING DOCUMENTS AND CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINE:

Contributions from APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, regional and international organization are welcome for the meeting. You are requested to use the proper document template for your contribution. Document template available at the meeting website. Please submit your contribution based on APG WP structure. Further, please read carefully Contribution Guideline for submission of your contributions.

Contributions will be posted on APT Website prior to the starting of the meeting. Last date of receipt your contributions by APT Secretariat is Monday, 24 June 2013. To submit contributions and any information on the documentation, please contact:
