21st APT Standardization Program Forum

21st APT Standardization Program Forum (ASTAP-21) was held from 11 to 15 March 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. ASTAP-21 was preceded by the APT-ITU Seminar on Outcomes of WTSA and WCIT from 7 to 8 March 2013 at the same venue. The ASTAP-21 included the 3rd Industry Workshop focusing on disaster relief related issues and mobile applications.
