The 40th Session of the Management Committee of the APT (MC-40) was held from 29 November to 2 December 2016 in Nadi, Fiji. MC-40 is hosted by the Ministry of Communications of Fiji and organized by the APT.

MC-40 reviewed the APT activities in 2016 which were implemented under the Strategic Plan for 2015-2017 and also considered and approved the Work Programme and Annual Budget for 2017.
