APT/ITU Conformance & Interoperability Event 2015

Note: The APT/ITU C& I Event 2015 will be held as planned at Centara Grand at Central World Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Should there be any change, it will be informed accordingly.
The APT/ITU Conformance and Interoperability (C&I) Event 2015 was held from 7 to 8 September 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand followed by the 26th APT Standardization Program Forum (ASTAP-26) held from 9 to 12 September 2015 at the same venue.
The C&I Event was organized jointly by APT and ITU with the objective to foster understanding and promote activities on Conformance and Interoperability in the Asia-Pacific region. It contributed directly to the capability building and finding of resolutions for interoperability issues of APT member countries. The C&I Event included testing, showcasing and workshop. Testing was held from 9:00 am to 12:00 am on 7th September and opened to only the participating companies who have registered for the testing. Showcasing started on afternoon on 7th September and continued until 5:00 pm on 9th September. Workshop will be held from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm on 8th September.
Venue:
The APT/ITU C&I Event 2015 and ASTAP-26 will be held in the Lotus Suite (1-4), which is located on the 22nd floor of the Centara Grand at Central World Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
Participation:
All APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members and International/Regional Organizations can attend the meeting by registering online. Member Administrations and International/Regional Organizations are requested to send the official List of Delegations for the meeting and to nominate Head of Delegation (HoD) and Alternate HoD. If any APT Affiliate Member is included in the National Delegation, please clearly mention in the List of Delegation. Please be noted that a separate invitation will be sent to participating companies/organizations who will take part in testing & showcasing of the C&I event.
Participation of Non-Members: Non-Members can visit the C&I Showcasing and attend the C&I Workshop without any registration fees. However, non-members must have to register online prior to attend the event.
Participation in Testing and as Exhibitors in Showcasing:

Registration:
Registration of delegates can be done online at www.apt.int/content/online-registration. In order to take preparation and making logistic arrangements it is suggested to register on or before 7th of August, 2015. On-site registration and distribution of badges will commences from 9:00am on Monday 7th September 2015 for C&I Event and on Wednesday 9th September for ASTAP-26. The registration desk will be located outside the meeting room.
Hotel Acomodation:
Centara Grand at Central World Hotel is recommended for all participants to stay during the meeting. Please refer to Participant's Information below for detail about acomodation reservation.
Meeting Documents and Document Submission:
Contributions for the C&I Workshop from APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, regional and international organizations are welcome. You are requested to use the proper document template (available below) for the contribution submission.
Contributions will be posted on APT Website prior to the starting of the meeting. Last date of receipt of your contributions by APT Secretariat is 31 August 2015. To submit contributions and any information on the documentation, please contact:
