30th APT Standardization Program Forum (ASTAP-30)

Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) will organize the 30th APT Standardization Program Forum (ASTAP-30) from 21 to 25 May 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The objective of ASTAP-30 is to promote, coordinate and harmonize telecommunication standardization activities across the Asia-Pacific region through regional cooperation. The experts will meet to enhance the level of expertise on standardization among the membership and expands the activities through practical contributions and solutions on the ICT issues in this region. ASTAP-30 will also include the Industry Workshop on Internet of Things which will be held on the first day (21 May 2018) of the Forum.

Venue:
The Forum will be held at the Amari Watergate Bangkok Hotel. 

Participation:
All APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members and International/Regional Organizations can attend the meeting by registering online. Member Administrations and International/Regional Organizations are requested to send the official List of Delegations for the meeting and to nominate Head of Delegation (HoD) and Alternate HoD. If any APT Affiliate Member is included in the National Delegation, please clearly mention in the List of Delegation.

Participation of Non-Members: Non-Members can attend the meeting with “Observer” status by paying Registration Fee of USD 500 per person. Please contact the APT Secretariat for the payment methods of the Registration Fees.

Submission of Contributions:
Contributions for the meeting from APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, regional and International Organizations are welcome. All contribution must be prepared in proper document template provided and submit to aptastap@apt.int. Last date of receipt of your contributions by the APT Secretariat is 14 May 2018. Contributions received will be posted on APT Website prior to the starting of the meeting.

In order to facilitate efficient meeting management and document handling process, the APT encourages the use of electronic documents during the meeting. Electronic copies of the meeting documents will be available online.
