Correspondence Group for the Asia-Pacific ICT Ministerial Meeting 2019 (CGMM)

Introduction

The 42nd Session of the Management Committee of the APT (MC-42) approved the holding of the Asia-Pacific ICT Ministerial Meeting 2019 (APT-MM 2019) from 25 to 26 June 2019 in Singapore. In order to start the preparation work for APT-MM 2019, the MC-42 established the Correspondence Group for the Asia-Pacific ICT Ministerial Meeting 2019 (CGMM).

Scope of Work

The scope of wok of CGMM are to:

- develop and review the draft Ministerial Statement and draft Press Release to be submitted to the Senior Official Meeting of the Asia-Pacific ICT Ministerial Meeting 2019;

- review the provisional agenda and tentative programme of the Ministerial Meeting; and

- advise APT secretariat on any other matters related to the Ministerial Meeting.
